We restore value to local areas, together
We are a network of land associations united by a common goal: to regenerate local areas and support the communities that live there. Because every local area deserves to be enjoyed, preserved and passed on to future generations.

Our mission
Working together to regenerate
We work to recover abandoned or at-risk land, improve environmental and landscape conditions, support local economies linked to the land, and promote a culture of shared management.

What we do
Services and tools for land associations
We provide concrete support to member associations by providing technical, administrative and legal assistance; we guarantee support in the areas of contracts and planning, and we organise training and dissemination activities.
We also assist local authorities and landowners in setting up new land associations.
Protection, culture and landscape
Enhancing the value of the local heritage
We promote the joint and sustainable management of agricultural, forestry and pastoral resources, convinced that collaboration between landowners, authorities and communities can restore economic, environmental and social value to land that is currently unused.
We support the communities that inhabit these areas, enhancing the value of their environmental, cultural and landscape heritage.
We encourage educational and social initiatives linked to the territory to create new opportunities for local development.

Projects and representation
We strengthen the demands of land associations
We represent land associations in dealings with authorities and institutions and participate in calls for tenders and projects, including in partnership with public and private entities, to develop opportunities and innovation for rural areas.
Transparency and social utility
CoAsfo operates on a non-profit basis, in accordance with the principles of transparency, participation and fairness, pursuing exclusively objectives of general interest and support for its member associations.
